Lesson Overview
In this lesson, students will focus on the third soil type in the Parable of the Sower—the thorny ground. We will examine how worry, busyness, and competing desires can choke the Word of God, making it unfruitful. Students will learn how to identify these thorns in their own lives and how to respond to the Lord’s call to seek first His kingdom and remove distractions that hinder spiritual growth.
